1. Who can participate and receive certification?: Anyone can learn to do this procedure. During training you will be using a tattoo machine so your level of experience will dictate how many days of training you will need to complete before you are certified through Tattoo Vanish®.
2. What does the training involve?: Depending on your level of expertise, you will have classroom sessions on cross-contamination, blood borne pathogens and the skin. Following that, you will see a demonstration of the procedure and then you will do 2 or 3 procedures yourself so that you understand the process completely.
3. When and where is class held?: Class is held at the Las Vegas Institute of Tattoo Removal. Our tattoo removal training dates can be found here: Tattoo Removal Classes
4. If you have been certified by DVD training, why should you do the "hands-on" training?: We have found that the hands-on training is the most effective way to train because you actually see and do the procedure so that you understand the importance of the technique. Once you are trained at the Las Vegas location, you will be put on our website on our Find A Technician page as a trained and certified technician. This provides credibility to both you and your business.
5. How long does certification last?: You are certified to do the procedure on a yearly basis. If you are doing the procedure properly and are putting your best interests out for the company, you may be re-certified for another year. A $250.00 Membership Fee applies.
